Patient Testimonial for Shoulder Mobility and Pain post-surgery
"I underwent surgery for a torn rotator cuff in early May of 2018, and recovery was difficult, to say the least. Despite religiously attending physical therapy multiple times a week and doing all the recommended exercises on a daily basis for six months, I still developed what they called a 'frozen shoulder.'
My range of motion was severely limited and discomfort was common.
When I was no longer showing any improvement through Physical Therapy, my PT suggested I see a Chiropractor that she herself had seen and personally recommended. A few more months of multiple Chiropractor visits each week did bring some additional improvement but I was still not happy.
A full year after surgery I estimate my recovery was around 75% of where I was before the injury and I had begun to resign myself that this was probably as good as it was going to get. Shortly thereafter, during a visit with Beth Galan, she mentioned the low level laser treatments they offered and suggested it might be beneficial. I am very happy that I took the suggestion!
I had two treatments a week for just three weeks and I am thrilled with the results! If I had to put a number on it, I would estimate my shoulder recovery IS at 95-98% after just 6 visits, and my range of motion is nearly identical to what it was prior to my injury!"
